New Breast Cancer Drug ‘Stalls’ the Disease

4 Jun

A new breast cancer drug which explodes cancer cells from within can ‘stall’ the disease for three months and has fewer side effects, research has found. Trials have shown it prevents advanced breast cancer from getting worse for three months longer than standard treatment while at the same time reducing the debilitating side effects from chemotherapy.
